EESIA leverages the leading role of social organization in the industry, collaborates with leading green and low-carbon enterprises, colleges and universities to jointly launch a green and low-carbon industry education integration community, enhancing the connection of industrial chains, supply chains, education chains and talent chains, and innovating talent training mechanism for green and low-carbon industry, cultivate high-quality composite technical and skilled talents, promote the integration of green and low-carbon industry with higher education and vocational education, and promote the healthy development of the green and low-carbon industry talent team.
EESIA leverages the advantages of industry expert resources to design, develop, and implement a series of professional training courses, carry out vocational training and talent evaluation for the industry, cultivate a group of specialized professional talents for the industry, and assist in the development of industry talents. At the same time, EESIA can provide customized and specialized internal training activities according to the actual needs of enterprises, and provide professional services for improving the capability of green and low-carbon enterprises. Up to now, EESIA has carried out more than 30 types of training activities.
EESIA provides enterprises with a one-stop customized campus recruitment talent solution, including but not limited to talent targeted recruitment and training, pre job training, headhunting services, campus dual selection fairs and job fairs. Targeted recruitment and training of target students based on the requirements of target universities, majors, and positions for talent types, levels, and structures required by the enterprise. In October 2023, EESIA launched a public welfare activity for the 2023 Autumn Green and Low Carbon Talent Campus Recruitment Fair, with over 100 registered companies, nearly 10000 resumes submitted, and over 100000 people exposed through publicity.
