As a green and low-carbon industry public organization, EESIA relies on the advantages of international institutional resource development and expansion to extensively exchange and cooperate with international organizations. Currently, EESIA keeps good cooperative relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank (WB), International Energy Agency (IEA), Energy Foundation (EF China), German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), Japan New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Agency (NEDO), and Natural Resources Conservation Association (NRDC) etc.

As a platform for international communication and cooperation in green and low-carbon industry, EESIA actively promotes international exchange and cooperation among enterprises, and has carried out a lot of work in technology transfer, technology cooperation, and project cooperation. Regularly organize enterprises to go out and participate in international forums and workshops.
